Yes you can, almost everything can be done from keyboard without using the mouse.There are lots of keyboard shortcuts in windows to work faster. You may not be aware of all windows keyboard shortcuts.
This post will give you variety of keyboard shortcuts which will make your work easy on computers.
You can work more efficiently and faster after learning the windows keyboard shortcuts.

This post has most of the shortcuts which are for windows 7 and lower version.

General keyboard shortcuts

The following table contains general keyboard shortcuts.

Move the cursor to the beginning of the next word

Ctrl+Left Arrow

Move the cursor to the beginning of the previous word

Ctrl+Down Arrow

Move the cursor to the beginning of the next paragraph

Ctrl+Up Arrow

Move the cursor to the beginning of the previous paragraph

Ctrl+Shift with an arrow

Select a block of text

Select more than one item in a window or on the desktop, or select text within a document

Cycle through items in the order in which they were opened

Cycle through screen elements in a window or on the desktop

Display the address bar list in Windows Explorer

Display the shortcut menu for the selected item

in the position indicated by the number.

Open the Jump List for the program pinned to the taskbar in the 
position indicated by the number.

Use the arrow keys to cycle through programs on the taskbar by
